The frugalware-0.1-iso/*dvd* and frugalware-<rest>-iso/*{cd,dvd}* files have
been removed as we do not have enough resources to store them. Though it's
still possible to install these old versions using the netinstall images.

Also boobaa has a private mirror, you can ask him to provide files,
listed at http://frugalware.org/~boobaa/stuff/fw-archive.find.bz2.

Because of this, the directories frugalware-0.{1,2,3,4,5,6}/source is
also removed.
